SARMs
SARMs are Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators. SARMs are drugs that help you build muscle faster. It's important to stay hydrated with Water and Gatorade and Gatorade Zero, drink a protein shake before workout, eat healthy, and have a protein rich meal right after the workout. But SARMs give you that extra edge to build muscle. SARMs come in powder, gummies, and liquid. How to use. You take your dose of SARMs for a month and you have to add a testosterone base (Also known as test base). You take a higher dose of Enclomiphene when you use the SARM. You use the SARM for a month or less. Enclomiphene raises testosterone levels because SARMs can lower testosterone levels, so Enclomiphene balances things out. Then you take a 4 to 6 week break and take a lower dose of Enclomiphene for the first 15 days. The break and the Enclomiphene is called Post Cycle Therapy. Also, Cardarine is grouped in with SARMs even though it's not a SARM. It helps with cardio. Onions and Avocado are good for you and so is beef and chicken and also fish. You can still have your favorite foods, but with moderation. Also, there's DMAA (Dimethylamylamine, Geranamine), which is a pre-workout. If you don't add Enclomiphene, you run the risk of gyno.
