Wedgie rules
1. If the victims underwear is showing they are fair game. If you can see it they are asking for it. 2. If the victims underwear is ripped from the wedgie then the giver must either replace the ripped underwear or allow their underwear to be ripped in an equal fashion. 3. Tighty whities are always an invitation for a wedgie. If you see someone wearing tighty whities they must be given a wedgie. 4. There are only a few circumstances where it is acceptable to give a girl a wedgie, a) you are also a girl. b) you have direct permission from her (ex. she lost a bet and the payment is a wedgie) c) you are dating her (keep in mind you may no longer be dating her if you give her a wedgie). If you give a girl a wedgie and you don't fit in any of the terms above you are to receive a wedgie by everyone in the room and the victim is allowed to give you 1 slap to the face. 5. If the victim has placed themselves in a state of vulnerability (ex. crouching in front of you) they are also asking for it and can be given a wedgie. 6. If a girl makes a bet with a guy and the loser gets a wedgie she I'd allowed to use her boyfriend to give or get the wedgie in place of her.
