"Quirky" is a word used to describe someone who is weird/entertaining/unique in many different ways. Quirky people are FAR from normal and will always make relationships fun and exciting. A quirky person is likely to have their own special lingo and will also have a distinct/goofy laugh that is very contagious and can be heard from a mile away.
