They think that anyone who isn't caught in the "spirit" of the "game" is "unpatriotic". It's the same old fucking shit now, only MUCH worse. This song is now used as a rallying anthem for all the fascist stupidshit dumbass jingoistic warmonger bastardassholes who rah-rah the war like cheerleaders (they call that "supporting the troops", then they don't want to pay for treatment for the disabled veterans that come home alive).
