She is very powerful and she can communicate through telekinesis with an individual named "julianna", because it's been scientifically proven, that they have a shared brain cell. If Emi is on your side, you have nothing to fear, but if she's not, then you should fear how much you will fear her. her only flaw is that she hates the color brown and doesn't enjoy sushi.
