Baby

1. A slightly controlling Term used to imply nurturing, with the one using the term having some sexual power over the one being addressed as a Baby, such as in a S/M relationship. 2. A casual substitute prior to sex used for a name when one is too drunk to remember or care. Implies some sort of superiority usually experience of the woman over the nativity of the man (like you are a Baby in my arms). Can imply sexual innocence of the one being addressed as Baby and seduced. Not to be confused with the term Babe; of which is between equal boyfriend/girlfriend partnerships. 3. Is different that Babe in that Babe is used between boyfriend/girlfriend couples to imply a positive committed relationship; where as Baby implies sex partners without romantic intimacy or any commitment. 4. Is often used by Working girls, or in monetary Sugar Daddy/Sugar Baby type relationships providing goods, support or Shelter in exchange for sexual favors. Baby is usually used when one expects a short term sexual relationship of one hour to several months, as this practical use of the term and understanding creates a power dynamic that makes falling in Love dangerous. Simply because either one can not continue to afford support, or emotionally one can not help feeling used, manipulated, and hurt.
