deep-sea diver Mug
bus driver's nickname for people, mainly old or hard-of-walking, who have to get off the bus backwards, hence like a deep-sea diver would get off a boat. now becoming a rare site due to the widespread use of low-floor, easy access buses. but can still be witnessed on the odd bus route operated with step-entrance buses, or coaches. national express seem to get a lot of this particular type of passenger. generally these people will be the first to get up, and will be waiting by the door as the bus arrives at their stop. they will then proceed to turn around and move extremely slowly, whilst other exasperated passengers stand patiently waiting, wondering why he/she couldn't have just waited for everyone else to get off first.

Your description is right on, except in 1989 I named my daughter Kallen Mikel (www.kallenmikel.com/original-art). I thought I made up the name, but apparently, it originated as a boy's name in Greek and Hebrew. I first found this out in 2001 when I was traveling to Finland. In the 'tube food' section in a big Finnish supermarket there it was, a royal blue tube of salmon paste with a blonde-haired boy named Kallen! So now I have discovered that there are many Kallen's of both sexes. I want to buy her a cup, but it has 'him' on it. Is there any way you can make that a unisex description for both sexes? Just askin'. Being a Barbara (Barbs) myself ... a 'cake eater' from Edina, MN I had to ask ... haha ;-)
