Meyer's Law
An informal law of Internet discussions (mostly on blogs, but also extends to forums, Twitter conversations, email discussions and instant messaging debates) which states that when the topic is related to intelligent design, a commenter will inevitably mention the book "Signature in the Cell: DNA and the Evidence for Intelligent Design" by Stephen C. Meyer, which was published in 2009. The speed at which the citation appears can be positively correlated with a high frequency of citation for books that fundamentally disagree with the core ideas in "Signature in the Cell", as well as the amount of time spent talking about the DNA code and information theory. In fact, any mention of the term "biological information" will act as a catalyst in this regard. The identification of this law came after merciless online marketing by the Discovery Institute forced most of the world's intelligent design proponent population to purchase the book (or at least pretend to have read it).

I was really excited to receive this mug and when it did come it was perfect quality. My only complaint is that the color I choose was green teal but it came in yellow.
