A mental illness It stands for "Race Change To Another" Basically stupid people who think they can change their race. They become RCTA just so that they can feel the "uwu aesthetic" of being Asian / POC, acting like they could walk a mile in the shoes of a POC person. They don't actually exist in real life, anyway so it doesn't matter. It also means transracial but just formed in a different way so they don't seem racist. People who are RCTA are no way better than Oli London. RCTA can also be people who were bullied for their race in the past, and because of that think they have the need to change their race to another. It's sad, really. Maybe one day they can stop pretending to be someone they aren't and embrace their culture.
