1) Usually, a stereotype & pejorative racial slur, originally used by some in the black and hip hop community, meant to depict the booties of most white women as being "unattractively" flat, or in some cases, just small. 2) The reality is though many white women's butts may not be as large as most black women's, most are not flat and stick out.
