A phrase evoked by weebs in reference to their preferred bust size. The quote originally came from the Lucky Star anime, but the origins are mostly forgotten by the people saying this line. It is occasionally used to refer to real life women, but is most popular in the anime community. This term is currently in a strange place, where any anime girls who have flat chest are regarded by the community as "loli", regardless of perceived age or maturity. This results in anyone who likes flat chests being called a lolicon, who are increasingly being thought of as pedophiles. Due to this new popular perception, use this phrase at your peril. Or do what the rest of us do, and don't give a fuck what people on the internet think about your favorite size of oppai.
