Pallorism Mug
Definition: Discrimination or prejudice directed at white people based on their skin color or perceived group identity. Etymology: From pallor (meaning paleness of skin) and the suffix -ism (used to denote systems of belief, behavior, or discrimination). Manifestations of pallorism may include: Assuming that when a white person voices concerns about the safety or future of their ethnic group, they must be doing so from a place of racial supremacy. Preemptively dismissing the experiences or emotions of white individuals due to assumptions about their “privilege.” Assuming white people are inherently incapable of empathizing with marginalized groups because of perceived social advantages. Denying that white populations can be targets of hatred, violence, discriminating policies or even genocidal intent. Believing that white individuals collectively deserve misfortune as a form of historical retribution for colonialism or slavery. Attributing sole or primary responsibility for historical oppression to people with pale skin. Opposing the right to a nation-state that is particularily committed to the preservation of their cultural identity, based solely on their pale skin color.

However, the other world leaders seem to find the thug shaker unfunny and immature for the work place. My wife says she will leave me if she sees it out one more time.
