Dragon's Neck Mug
A noun describing the skin that attaches the scrotum to the penis. While the penis is flacid and scrotum saggy, said skin is often seems very abundant in quantity thus resembling the front neck of a mature/ old dragon. Often loose, hanging, saggy in nature with multible, vertical layers of skin. This loose state of the genitalia is often caused by a warm, humid environment. Therefore it is most prone to appear in the heat of the summer or if you dress properly in winter.

This cute mug reminded me of a quote from an obscure biography I found quite by accident in a tiny hole-in-the-wall 2nd hand shop in Portland, ME in 1987: 'The Life and Times of Lazarus of Bethany'.
