An abbreviation for the most amusing compound noun possible in the English language (aside from kumkwat-pants): butt-cunt. The amusement value of this word is heightened by the juxtaposition of the very innocent word butt and cunt, which is arguably the most vulgar word in the English language. While bum would be even more innocent that butt, the alliteration of the t at the end of each world serves to make the phrase more catchy (not to mention that it would seem redundant to Brits that can't speak proper English). This word serves as a rough synonym for asshole, except that it specifically implies the subject is target of sexual penetration. It is largely used to increase the impact of a described figurative situation and is never referred to in the possessive.
