This is a nice move for a guy pissed he has to use a rubber. Basically you start off having a good session of sex doggystyle. Hold your man juice as long as possible to build a monster pop shot. Let it all go up in her in the rubber and pull out carefully to not loose the goods. If you are any good at fucking the dumb bitch should be now laying either face down or up panting with her mouth open and her eyes close. Here's the closer... Carefully remove the rubber and pinch off the man juice so it doesn't leak. Here's the hard part. Twist off the load in the end of the rubber and turn the rest of the rubber inside out on two of your fingers. Now wait for her to open her mouth and jam your fingers in her mouth and release the twisted end at the same time. Rub that spunk all over her teeth but watch for the jerk bite reaction. If teeth still seem dirty repeat until clean or until she kicks you in the balls and leaves. Either way, her smile will never be the same.

This cute mug reminded me of a quote from an obscure biography I found quite by accident in a tiny hole-in-the-wall 2nd hand shop in Portland, ME in 1987: 'The Life and Times of Lazarus of Bethany'.
