Slaves often spawn in developing countries and have to be shipped towards the destination country global authorities will try to stop you as they are jealous that you have slaves and they don't so you need to travel undetected. Another alternative to this is going to slave owners in the country and buy slaves off them although they will be much more expensive, or you can take peasants living in local slums as slaves but their quality will not be as good as foreign ones. The best slaves are usually found within: -Africa -China -Vietnam -India(Must have high authority level to keep them in check) -more have been added in future updates If you are going to go for slaves in the areas mentioned above, be prepared for tough fights against authorities as those areas are most guarded (You may find high danger machines such as tanks, artillery and stealth planes more common if detected). The most common type of slaves are brownies which can be in many poorly guards countries in Asia, follow by the darks which can be exclusively found in Africa or bought from slave owners( rare spawns in America). The most rarest is the Asians which are only found in a select few countries in Asia with the countries being moderately guarded. When you obtain slave you can make them work to gather material and make money for you, create mini platoons with them to fight off any foreigners, send some to explore new land, keep some for housework etc..
