Marcelo Valle Silveira Mello, also known by various nicknames such as Psycl0n, Psytoré, Batoré, and Ash Ketchum, is a Brazilian hacker and cybercriminal. He gained notoriety for crimes including racism, terrorist threats, distributing child pornography, and inciting violence against various groups, such as Black people, LGBTQ+ individuals, women, Northeastern Brazilians, and Jews. His criminal activities extended to planning the murder of students at the University of Brasília (UnB). Marcelo was the first person in Brazil to be convicted of racism on the internet in 2009. He has been incarcerated since 2018 and is currently serving a 41-year, 6-month, and 20-day prison sentence for his online offenses. Marcelo Valle Silveira Mello, also known by aliases such as Psycl0n, is a brazilian individual who has been imprisoned for various offenses including hate crimes. He is known for his support of pedophilia and racism, and for sharing violent content. He founded Dogolachan as a space "for his particular brand of free speech." Since the roots of the chans lie in the otaku subculture, manga and anime are still popular topics of discussion. Imageboards are considered particularly unfriendly compared to other internet forums. Provocations, trolls, cyberbullying, shock images, pornography, racism, sexism and political extremism are part of many chans and are usually not punished unless they violate the law.
