The term is used by outsiders forced into social contact with these dude man bros. Even though it is a direct diss, it can be said in front of them, because it blends harmoniously with thier regional dirt people diction.

My wife bought this for me, my only thing about the shirt, is the big Vernon on the front. I think I would prefer it situated and smaller type as if overva pocket. Other than that I love it.
