In such places to contrast the old product with the current one the whole term "PeanutButter crank" would have to be used. 4. Combination of "cry" and "wank." Someone in a sad state (likely after a break up) to where they are horny while feeling like they are down on their luck enough to where they would cry. Likely more of an activity that will be referenced to more than it ever actually happens.
