Additionally, there have been instances where a rapper’s chain was confiscated because authorities mistook it for a weapon, like a small knife. Also, getting scammed by counterfeit jewelry, like fake gold or diamonds, can contribute to the bling sting. In essence, a bling sting really does hurt, deflating one’s ego and can really hurt like a real life sting it can be on of the worst pains ever to.
