She can be too zealous at times, and that might be annoying. Sometimes she might come out as a bitch to someone who doesn't know her, but she never has ill intentions for anyone. If she does talk shit about someone, it's really because she's protecting her friends or she genuinely hates said person. She's sometimes too sarcastic, which can also be taken as bitchy.
