Probably can't find anymore veins to shoot dope in so has his/her pal shoot dope in the veins in the neck. Goes to 12 step meetings claiming 20 years sobriety but just slammed a pint of Vodka and washed in down with half a bottle of Scope mouthwash before the meeting. Etc. Nickname like Papa Smurf.
