He is the third Flash, after Barry Allen(his uncle in-law) and Jay Garrick(the first Flash,still alive.).Son of Rudolph and Marie West,only child, Married to Linda Park, father of twins (Iris and Jai) and fastest man alive, possibly the fastest man ever. The only one who has taped into the Speed Force(the dimension where every speedster in the DC Universe get their powers) as a result of running faster than the speed of light and be able to return safely. He's also the one who saved Bart Allen(also known as Impulse,who came from the 30th century,grandson of barry)from a premature death. In his teenage years he was Kid Flash, his best friend was Dick Grayson-former Robin- and was one of the founders of the Teen Titans. When Barry died saving the Universe he took up the mantle to honor him.
