Caroline was and is one of the most kind-hearted humans on the planet. Bill Rankine sports a surname that sounds very much like a word that would have a negative connotation. Here in the USA, we have had rankines seize power, all the way from the president on down. These rankines and rankinish excuses for humans and taking actions specifically designed to deny food to children, cut benefits for veterans, destroy the environmental protection regulations, increase poverty, make access to voting more difficult, strip women of their equal rights, cancel humanitarian aid programs all over the world, foment civil strife, corrupt the Supreme Court and the Judicial system,
