They are sky based and can be seen with the naked eye as low as 500ft above the ground. EITS(eye in the sky) currently is operating as low as 2000 ft and up. Currently our area has 10-12 EITS. FURTHER CAPABILITIES INCLUDE PROJECTION OF HOLOGRAMS. ABILITY TO PROJECT ANY MOVIE CHARACTER ONTO WALLS IN YOUR HOME ON THE CEILING. The electro Magnetic beams can be targeted on an individual beamed into eyes ears any body part. This targeting will result in vision and hearing loss. Skeletal injuries have been observed on individuals targeted. The easiest way to find these heinous devices is to look to the sky at dusk. If you were to observe a bright star at a low level will be your first indicator. If no other stars are visible and you see one bright light that could be one. You will be able to confirm this by the flashing re and blue lights required of them if flown in an area with passenger jet traffic. They can be as low as 2000ft is the lowest we've observed here. Other EITS operating in conjunction of the operator at 2000 ft has 9 others in a triangulated pattern. Calls to government agencies will deny any knowledge of there existence. Great mug got one for my highschool crush
