Literally EVERYTHING is racism to you. I see what you're talking about but it's a broader issue and your solution only fixes the problem for SOME of the black people (Of which I AM in case we forgot who we're talking to) and the underlying problem will remain. Hym "So let's say you get your way. Let's say in your autistic need to get the rates of things to match, you succeed and the adequate number of black people, women, ect... What then? The person who inevitably replaces them needs to be black.
