Mexicano niggas that kill shit( aka M.C.G.O.N.TX 13x). HCGVAWXRLDTX is considered to be a part of the U.G.S.O.TX( Underground gang system of texas). The underground gang system of Texas refers to gangs in Texas that that dont get the mainstream attention that gangs like tango blast usually receives. Although the many gangs in the underground gang system of Texas are not well known, they are very corrosive, violent, and are very unpredictable. Many gangs of HCGVAWXRLDTX are known to recruit black, asian, Hispanic, caucasian, native American, and even European youth.
