Flaquito(a) comes from Flaco(a) The word Flaco(a) means thin or skinny But the word Flaquito(a) is a sweeter way to call someone skinny or thin but not with the intention of making it sound so bad or like it's a bad thing. In some cases the word flaquito(a) can be used to call a boyfriend/girlfriend or someone's boyfriend/girlfriend or even friend by taking the fact that they are or seem thin and making it a name like babe or hun ( sometimes is used with out actually putting importance on the person being thin )but might sound rude but 95% of the time it's really not
