A corporate cultural phenomenon who is fascinating in that he has become insanely popular while saying almost nothing of substance. If there is any theme to be found in Sinek's videos, it is pandering to wealthy Boomer management and talking down to millennials and average workers. He is fond of teaching people the value of "hard work" at a corporation and thinking of your boss as your parent, guidance counselor and role model while ignoring major economic factors that have shifted over the past 70 years that make most jobs fruitless. Ironically if he wanted to give real advice, it would be encouraging people to start their own businesses, be self-sufficient and get out of debt, but no corporation in their right mind would hire him to say that. If you have a LinkedIn network >100 people, it is almost impossible to scroll your feed without seeing one of his inane videos reposted by a tryhard middle manager for imaginary clout.

I was really excited to receive this mug and when it did come it was perfect quality. My only complaint is that the color I choose was green teal but it came in yellow.

I love it, but of course the definition Ichose for “Unicorn” is too long and gets cut off after “someone is remarkably attractive.” Is there any way to purchase a second mug that has the rest of the quote on it?
