A boy crazy young DUDE in his late teens to late 20's. Characterized as high maintenance or a "complainer", yet he is still likable, or at the very least tolerable (most likely due to physical attractiveness). Common physical traits are comparable to Basic Becky's, valley boys, and thots. They straddle the line between likability and all of the negative connotations that come with the previously mentioned stereotypes. Often used by those who've watched Dragon Ball. Kobe can complain a lot... but hey, he's a Bulma. I was on the fence of inviting Maya to the party, but dude, she's such a Bulma.
