a guy who stalks in the cutest and meaningfull way. andrew will give you small important gift that you probably threw away because it made you afraid at first but you are now regretting since it was sum dayum cute meaningfull actions. this stalker have a good heart but still have difficulties knowing how to get a girlfriend, a friend or build a family of his own. his ego is huge and think that because of his ''powerfull'' position people will obey him if he pays them. unfortunnatly, one of his leela victims is actually as cray cray as him, wich makes him confused and afraid. it makes leela sad since she only wants to be friends at first. leela cannot find a way to communicate and it makes her angry and psychothicc. she wishes she can soon give new gifts back as she wants to exchange and talk with andrew. she can't incriminate him even if she has a lot of proofs to do so since she likes the attention and obsession the stalker have towards her, she likes him. she knows he doesnt want any bad since he would'have done by then and she wants andrew to know that it is the same for her, she would'have done it by then if she wanted to hurt in anyway.
