Simu Liu, who plays Jung in Kim's Convenience (Canadian television, CBC) in a Chinese-Canadian actor who set his mind on being a superhero a long time ago. He worked relentlessly to make it happen, using all tools at his disposal (including a social media Tweet to Marvel in 2014 asking for an Asian American Superhero, and maintaining an athletic lifestyle in order to maximize his chances of landing such a role). In 2019, Marvel announced that Simu Liu would become the new ShangChi, in a film set to be released in 2021, leading to the expression "to Simu Liu" something being representative of working really hard and accomplishing the impossible, against all odds.

Good stuff! Although, I do have a sneaking suspicion that this is cursed. You see, whenever i dawn this top-teir, soft, stylish shirt - I proceed to pass out within 46 seconds. The mere act of making contact with the material insues the process of this countdown starting. If I do not quit contact, i will lose conciousness the exact moment the countown hits 0. And when I regain clarity, I find myself in a bathtub - never mine, but a bathtub nevertheless. In the bathtub, there is always various colours of hairdye. I then have to go back home, shirt stained with dye. Very fashionable though! 10/10
