When a person says something stupid or outrageous, the accuser says "slap no babies" and gets to slap the victim repeatedly on the back of the hand until the victim says "babies." If the victim says "babies" before the accuser says "slap no babies," then the victim does not get slapped. Anyone that hears the victim say something stupid can call "slap no babies" and slap the victim.

My wife bought this for me, my only thing about the shirt, is the big Vernon on the front. I think I would prefer it situated and smaller type as if overva pocket. Other than that I love it.
