An oxymoron: Rebel is to oppose and resist structure and order. Haute Couture is distinguished by set parameters and rules to be adhered. Rebel Couture is a contradiction in terms: a protest with decorum that embraces and ridicules opposites simultaneously. It is when high-end meets street culture and has a love-in whilst throwing shades at the conformity to class and subculture through the medium of fashion. Often results in the hybrid of styles e.g. sartorial and athleisure.

I don't visit Urban Dictionary alit so I only recently saw they offered merch. I immediately started looking up words for potential Christmas gifts.
