Pronounced "morts", the j is silent. Also known as mom-jean-shorts. In the 1980s and 1990s, and even into the 2000s, the term mom jeans became known as the high-wasted jeans that were typically worn by moms and were usually considered to be unfashionable/unflattering. Around the same time, the term jorts was coined to reference jean shorts, often cut off from a pair of acid-washed jeans and donned by an individual with a mullet hairstyle. A recent phenomenon and fashion trend among the hipster population is to wear mom-jean-shorts. Although used, these are typically purchased from a high-end retailer, such as Urban Outfitter and are popular among the hipster and college population in urban areas.

Good stuff! Although, I do have a sneaking suspicion that this is cursed. You see, whenever i dawn this top-teir, soft, stylish shirt - I proceed to pass out within 46 seconds. The mere act of making contact with the material insues the process of this countdown starting. If I do not quit contact, i will lose conciousness the exact moment the countown hits 0. And when I regain clarity, I find myself in a bathtub - never mine, but a bathtub nevertheless. In the bathtub, there is always various colours of hairdye. I then have to go back home, shirt stained with dye. Very fashionable though! 10/10
