A completely useless phrase that is a tautology, or something that is true in every possible interpretation. A permanently self-proving and recursive phrase, there is never a time when it isn't what it is, because if there is, it wouldn't be itself, a condition which can never be true, or happen. Otherwise, it's a meaningless statement meant to convey helplessness, uselessness, pointlessness, or that something may not have the really great features of its counterparts, but will do the job. In all cases where one might wish to say "it is what it is", one should always instead simply state what the phrase is intended to mean.

Good stuff! Although, I do have a sneaking suspicion that this is cursed. You see, whenever i dawn this top-teir, soft, stylish shirt - I proceed to pass out within 46 seconds. The mere act of making contact with the material insues the process of this countdown starting. If I do not quit contact, i will lose conciousness the exact moment the countown hits 0. And when I regain clarity, I find myself in a bathtub - never mine, but a bathtub nevertheless. In the bathtub, there is always various colours of hairdye. I then have to go back home, shirt stained with dye. Very fashionable though! 10/10
