This is one of the various dialling numbers for an emergency for ambulances, police and fire department. Usually when they pick up, they ask you for these 3 emergency departments. Then you ask them what happened and they will come over and help. There are many shows and series on how this all works. I mean, you could go find one ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) The following countries use 911 as their emergency dial number: USA Canada Mexico Argentina Bolivia Ecuador Peru Uruguay Venezuela Every country in the Caribbean (Except Cuba, Jamaica and Haiti) Every country in Central America (Except Guatemala and Nicaragua) Armenia Liberia Kenya Iraq Jordan Saudi Arabia Thailand Fiji Marshall Islands FSM Palau Tonga Tuvalu Any other country has a different dial number, such as 112, 999 or 000, or 123, or 9999, the list goes on BTW if you are looking for the time when the 2 towers caught on fire, wrong place.

Good stuff! Although, I do have a sneaking suspicion that this is cursed. You see, whenever i dawn this top-teir, soft, stylish shirt - I proceed to pass out within 46 seconds. The mere act of making contact with the material insues the process of this countdown starting. If I do not quit contact, i will lose conciousness the exact moment the countown hits 0. And when I regain clarity, I find myself in a bathtub - never mine, but a bathtub nevertheless. In the bathtub, there is always various colours of hairdye. I then have to go back home, shirt stained with dye. Very fashionable though! 10/10
