'sup or "what's up?" or "what is up?" from either intoxication or talking fast due to hyperactivity and thinking faster than you can speak. Like the word, "'sup", "wup" is in general a greeting, and depending on situation and volume and voice-fluctuation, becomes a question or general concern. The serious difference is that "wup" is not ever an open door to conflict. Whereas, "'Sup!?…" in the wrong situation and volume and voice-fluctuation, can pose opportunity for conflict.
