Someone who frequents chat rooms and blog spaces, (et al.) often and uses foul language, sexual references, brags about having sex--sex they already had, sex they're having or sex they're going to have. This person also starts a lot of fights on the internet by being very outspoken, opinionated and insulting others while getting very upset if anyone responds with the same to her/him. Often this person is already married or living with someone else and is looking for their next sexual partner/person to exploit either financially, emotionally or both while accusing others of the same. They might have a lot of tattoos, as well as bleached hair.
