The capitalized "RAP" in " cRAPulous-HIP-HOPelessness " is a reference to the musical genre of the same name. It can also be defined as follows: Rap 4 (rÇp) n. 1. Slang A talk, conversation, or discussion. 2. a. A form of popular music developed especially in African-American urban communities and characterized by spoken or chanted rhyming lyrics with a strong rhythmic accompaniment. b. A composition or performance of such music. "HIP" in the word "cRAPulous-HIP-HOPelessness", refers to the term given to label something as being popular and contemporary. It can be defined as follows: hip4 /h?p/ –adjective 1. familiar with or informed about the latest ideas, styles, developments, etc.: My parents aren't exactly hip, you know. 2. considered aware of or attuned to what is expected, esp. with a casual or knowing air; cool: The guy was not at all hip—a total nerd. 3. in agreement or willing to cooperate; going along: We explained our whole plan, and she was hip. An excessive intake , on purpose or otherwise, of "RAP" music, leading to an unseen obsession with being "HIP", meaning popular and "going along" with the mainstream. The constant exposure resulting in a dumbfounding hopelessness within the " HIP HOP" lifestyle, sometimes leading to suicidal (and in extreme cases homicidal) actions.

I've had this mug for over a year now and every single day it watches while I shower. It makes me safe sometimes protects me from the voices. Other times I'm lying on the couch watching judge Judy and eating my hot pickles and the mug becomes angry I feel it approaching me with menacing aura. Next thing I know I'm pooing out pieces of ceramic. Overall, its a great mug but only if you can afford multiple colonoscopy's and extremely invasive anal procedures a year. If you have the money for that THIS IS THE MUG FOR YOU.

The Urban Dictionary is a unique place to find anecdotal memories on all sorts of stuff. Their ongoing communication once your order is placed is excellent. I have put in a significant number of orders recently, and the communication regarding my order status is excellent. I have had one order misplaced in transit. They have contacted me to say that they will get back to me, but to this point, they have not. So, that's a bit of a caveat in my rating. It is special to have a mug that has to do with my dad who invented a word when we were growing up. He passed away last year. Drinking from this mug is like spending time with him.
