Someone that thinks a 4inch+ exhaust will give better low end gains. But in effect it will give better top end gains. Someone that goes fast all the time because they can. Someone that modifies a car incorrectly, I.E cutting springs, ghetto rigged intake, tire tuck on stock suspension, etc... Anyone that installs pointless blinking lights or any other pointless gimmick on their car Anyone who does not know what the fuck they are talking about. Anyone who just modifies a car because they can, not because he or she is an enthusiast. ****this applies for every make and model of car on the road, not just japanese cars.****

Great mug got one for my highschool crush
I was very pleased with the mug and I was thrilled that I could purchase a customized item that perfectly suited the person I was gifting. The only issue I had was that it didn't have the quote from the tv show the word came from as that was pictured on the mug prior to purchase.
