Narcissists are very dangerous people to be with they lie steal cheat & some have even been known to commit fraud it's the reality they've fantasies about money & fame, but are usually the one's sabotaging their own life also the lives of others this is mostly done out of jealousy & spite.Narcs always pretend to be good people fooling everyone with their act hoping to get something especially the males they do you a favor only to want attention which leads to sex. They often cause the break up of their own relationships by being neglectful disrespectful & selfish. When a narc gets caught out they deflect so the other person can get the blame they lack empathy,but will pretend they have a lot in order to get what they want. Most of them have addictions be it sex drugs alcohol or gambling.They play mind games by asking stupid questions try to waste you time instead of getting out the way so you can move on with your life. The people they get involved with in a relationship usually have feelings such as empathy caring & love which these MF empty vessels are lacking this draws them to you as the warmth of your light radiates around you especially if you're younger than them & their ability to mimic you knows no bounds. Low self-esteem plus the denial of old age rears it's ugly head that can be a real deadly combination for a narcissist who's only likened to one thing a "parasite" Beware summer is narc season don't be fooled

Your description is right on, except in 1989 I named my daughter Kallen Mikel (www.kallenmikel.com/original-art). I thought I made up the name, but apparently, it originated as a boy's name in Greek and Hebrew. I first found this out in 2001 when I was traveling to Finland. In the 'tube food' section in a big Finnish supermarket there it was, a royal blue tube of salmon paste with a blonde-haired boy named Kallen! So now I have discovered that there are many Kallen's of both sexes. I want to buy her a cup, but it has 'him' on it. Is there any way you can make that a unisex description for both sexes? Just askin'. Being a Barbara (Barbs) myself ... a 'cake eater' from Edina, MN I had to ask ... haha ;-)
