A phrase which joins the ideas of being Based and being Red Pilled together. As someone who is based is most likely red pilled, and someone who is red pilled is most likely based. They are Based & Red Pilled. The meaning of being Based is being real, being truthful, and standing with and believing in fact and science over emotion. Commonly, being based means you have generally more conservative and right-leaning political views and social beliefs. the 'Red Pilled' part of Based & Red Pilled is a reference to the movie series The Matrix, in which taking the Blue pill means you stay in the Matrix, a false reality created by humans ourselves, and taking the Red pill means choosing to get out of the Matrix and wake up into the real world. In this world, the term Red pilled means, similarly to The Matrix movie, seeking the truth and valuing fact over false, and science over emotion. In more political terms, being Red Pilled likely means you're conservative and or center/right winged. Being Blue Pilled means agreeing with and believing in more emotion and personal based ideas, and newer ideas, rather than the ideas and facts that have been around for centuries. Being Blue Pilled likely means you're leftist, 'woke', progressive, and one who supports and believes in more emotion based ideologies rather than science. Someone whos goal is to make everyone feel comfortable, rather than to inform others of and believe in objective fact and reality.

This mug was a Father’s Day gift for my dad, and let me tell you, it is the greatest mug ever produced by humankind. Not only does it have a simple, minimalist design on it with my father’s name, but also the witty definition on the back that perfectly describes him. While he only uses the mug to hold his pens, I’m sure it would act perfectly fine with any sort of beverage in it as well. Great as a little joke gift! But a little on the pricey side for a coffee mug. If I didn’t love the person as much as I do, I would probably never spend that amount on a normal coffee cup.
