The rape shuffle is aptly named from the movement often done by a rapist in movies when attempting to rape a man or woman from behind. The man will come up behind the victim and put his feet between the victims feet and shuffle them outward in an attempt to spread the victims legs apart pre-insertion 1. The shuffling movement a rapist does with his feet to spread apart a man or woman's feet in order to rape her. (See bates motel episode 1 with keith summers and Norma in the kitchen for a prime example) Usage me: "Oh shit here comes that rape shuffle!" Bystanders "what the fuck is wrong with you?" 2. An amazing dance move often accompanied by awkward hip thrusts and pulling motions with your hands. This dance move typically gets the performer laid and renders the need to perform an actual rape shuffle on a victim unnecessary. Usage: "did you see that guy rape shuffling all over the dance floor last night?" "Yeah! He hauled home so much ass!"
