Operation Recipe Retrieve
Named for the famous scene in the movie "Beerfest" when the German patriarch goes into complete postal mode when members of his team dare to disagree with him. Refers to any meeting (usually business) when the boss or most senior person melts down and throws a fit usually by berating, scolding and on occasion bitch-slapping his/her subordinates because they had the audacity to offer an opinion that differed from his/her own.
