Cum Glizzy Supreme
A Neo-American dish, popularized by online "e-culture" that consists of a hotdog placed in a jar and ejaculated on by one or multiple persons, then sealed up and fermented for around few hours to a few months (affects flavor intensity). After fermentation, it is put on a musky smelling bun, (typically achieved by rubbing it on male testes) and topped off with mayonnaise, nacho cheese, and leftover aged semen from the fermentation jar. Alternatively, this can be done with female ejaculation and appropriately be called "Squirt Glizzy Supreme". Alterations to this recipe include putting brown sugar on the now female musky bun, and topping it off with caramel, strawberry syrup, and cotton candy, with the leftover liquid now being used to glaze the bun.
