Cum Glizzy Supreme
A Neo-American dish, popularized by online "e-culture" that consists of a hotdog placed in a jar and ejaculated on by one or multiple persons, then sealed up and fermented for around few hours to a few months (affects flavor intensity). After fermentation, it is put on a musky smelling bun, (typically achieved by rubbing it on male testes) and topped off with mayonnaise, nacho cheese, and leftover aged semen from the fermentation jar.
