2021 Texas Power Crises Tee
The 2021 Texas Power Crises was a mass scale power outage that occurred throughout most of Texas from February 10th-20th. This outage was caused by several winter storms and ultimately caused 5 million Texans to lose power, for days or even weeks. After the event, it is thought that at least 111 people died (mainly from Carbon Monoxide Poisoning and Hypothermia). Furthermore, the storm caused anywhere from 195-295 billion dollars in damage, making it the deadliest disaster in Texas’s History. While the cause of this disaster was the Snow Storm, many believe that ERCOT, an organization that manages Texas’s electric grid, was responsible. They point out how ERCOT was negligent of the situation as they took few precautions prior to the storm. Either way, however, the impacts of what occurred are still ongoing as some Texans (as of April 14th) are without power.

Good stuff! Although, I do have a sneaking suspicion that this is cursed. You see, whenever i dawn this top-teir, soft, stylish shirt - I proceed to pass out within 46 seconds. The mere act of making contact with the material insues the process of this countdown starting. If I do not quit contact, i will lose conciousness the exact moment the countown hits 0. And when I regain clarity, I find myself in a bathtub - never mine, but a bathtub nevertheless. In the bathtub, there is always various colours of hairdye. I then have to go back home, shirt stained with dye. Very fashionable though! 10/10
