Has a garrison of lolis chained to the wall in his basement. 6. Has a "firin his lazar" capability surpassing DR. OCTAGONNACUM 7. Loves lolis! Duh. Notice how pronoun was "he". Females have a different version of this title, namely Hentai Lolicon Queen.
