The irrational fear of repeating ones self in daily conversations with others,such as the sufferer's friends or randoms members of the public.The 'condition' causes the subject to be shy most of the time,leading to them to be commonly inaudible because of there low level of confidence this can commonly lead to awkward situations where the sufferer has to 'repeat themselves' to enable the listener to hear them. the Howard Newton case of 1989 changed the way people percieved sufferers of dictaphobia,bringing to light the awful way they were treated,Howard Newton is the man who changed all this,he noticed the segregation of the 2 sufferers of dictophobia,they had to use 'dictophobia' toilets,buses,nightclubs and...umberella's.Howard newton followed the life of the sufferers(not hard there were only two of them).He made them feel wanted,he changed the speechist comments made about them and took his case to the high finland courts.the court trial was more important than the first man on the moon palaver.A massive 4 billion people watched the trial and this changed the perception of dictophobia,and by 2010 the sufferers where finally dead... dictophobes are individuals that are scared of people with dictophobia,often acting on this fear with verbal abuse such as 'look at that 'dirty dic' and ahhh! he won't repeat what he said'. yes they are sad people.

Your description is right on, except in 1989 I named my daughter Kallen Mikel (www.kallenmikel.com/original-art). I thought I made up the name, but apparently, it originated as a boy's name in Greek and Hebrew. I first found this out in 2001 when I was traveling to Finland. In the 'tube food' section in a big Finnish supermarket there it was, a royal blue tube of salmon paste with a blonde-haired boy named Kallen! So now I have discovered that there are many Kallen's of both sexes. I want to buy her a cup, but it has 'him' on it. Is there any way you can make that a unisex description for both sexes? Just askin'. Being a Barbara (Barbs) myself ... a 'cake eater' from Edina, MN I had to ask ... haha ;-)
